Management of the College
The Saints Catholic College Team
Saints Catholic College is managed and administered by the Head of College / Chief Executive Officer Ty Goulter, who is supported in this role by a highly experienced operational and administrative team including an Operations Manager, Finance & Administration Supervisor, Administration, Catering, Housekeeping, Grounds and Maintenance teams. He is also assisted by a large pastoral care team headed by the Pastoral Care and Resident Services Supervisor and consists of Residential Supervisors (RSs), Senior Residential Assistants (SRAs) and Residential Assistants (RAs).

Ty Goulter
Ty joined Saints from the five-star hotel world after working much of his career overseas as well as in Australia. He has a background in Hotels, Health & Fitness, Entertainment and Event Management.

Operations Manager
Jordan Hollands
Jordan joined Saints from the five star hotel world where he developed his skills and expertise in Operational Management. Having worked with our CEO previously, Jordan leads the focus on Customer Service and Positive Culture that Saints provides as the core of its care and service to its residents.

Pastoral Care and Resident Services Supervisor
Scott Charlesworth
Scott joined the Saints’ family in February of 2024. He has a background in tertiary teaching, academic learning support, and chaplaincy, and has worked with students in Canada, Papua New Guinea, and Australia. Before coming to Saints, Scott was working with international students and students from remote Aboriginal communities in Darwin. Scott has only recently joined us, but with his extensive life experience, time spent in academia, and training in chaplaincy and pastoral care, he is continuing his journey with a genuine dedication to supporting the young people residing at Saints Catholic College. He will oversee academic mentoring, counselling, and our student leaders in the pastoral care team.
