Complaints
Saints Catholic College Complaints Process
All Complaints need to initially be in writing.
Please use the below form or email your complaint directly to ty.goulter@cathcollegesjcu.edu.au with the Subject "Complaint" - and the nature of the Complaint e.g."Complaint - Online Reservations"
We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 72 hours.
If your issue is time sensitive for less than 72 hours, please enter "Complaint - Urgent Matter - and the nature of the complaint" in the Issue of Concern field.
Once your complaint has been received you will receive a response from the college.
Should this response not adequately resolve your issue you can request to have your issue escalated to the College Council Chair who will then review the matter.
